Conditions générales de ventes (CGV)
Ce document définit les modalités de ventre entre l'auteur William Guilmain, directeur du site www.williamguilmain.com et le client dans le cadre d'un système de vente à distance des œuvres proposées (sous forme de tirages et livres d'arts et sessions de droits) à partir d'un support numérique (site internet). Toute commande implique de la part du client une acceptation sans réserve des présentes conditions générales de vente dont le client reconnaît avoir pris connaissance.
Tarification et livraison.
Les tarifs sont indiqués en euros, toutes taxes comprises.
La participation aux frais d'expéditions, d'emballage et de traitement n'est pas comprise dans ce prix et doivent être réglés en sus. William Guilmain peut modifier ces tarifs sans préavis.
En cas de commande du ou des œuvres d'art concernées vers un autre pays n'appartenant pas à l'Union Européenne, le client est l'importateur des œuvres.
Des droits de douane ou autre taxes peuvent être exigés par les pays concernés. Ces droits ne relèvent pas de William Guilmain et sont à la charge du client.
Toutes les commandes sont payables en euros. Les œuvres seront fournis suivant leurs disponibilités, notamment du fait du caractère limité des œuvres (éditions limitées) proposées. Les œuvres restent la propriété de William Guilmain jusqu'à ce que la commande ait été réglée.
Les œuvres disponibles sont expédiées dans un délai de 2 à 7 jours après réception du paiement.
Notez que certaines photos nécessitent d'être au préalable d'être imprimées ce qui peut allonger les délais à deux semaines.
Dans tous les cas, William Guilmain s'engage à prévenir le client de la date de disponibilité et de livraison de l’œuvre commandée.
Toutes les œuvres commandées seront accompagnées d'une facture et d'un certificat d'authenticité (pour les tirages d'art).
Les risques de détérioration liés au transport sont sous la responsabilité de l'acheteur qui doit, le cas échéant, refuser tout colis dégradé ou corrompu auprès du transporteur. William Guilmain ne serait être tenu responsable des délais de livraison dépassés ou de non livraison par perte de colis.
La livraison sera effectuée pendant les heures ouvrables à l'adresse de livraison fournie par le client. Il convient au client de s'assurer qu'il pourra recevoir la dite commande en main propre et ne saurait tenir William Guilmain responsable d'une erreur due à une mauvaise adresse communiquée sur le bon de commande.
William Guilmain s'engage à transmettre toutes les informations dont il dispose pour aider le client à retrouver un colis qui serait égaré et à communiquer les informations fournies par le service de livraison.
Paiement :
Le règlement peut s'effectuer par chèque postal, virement bancaire ou Paypal.
William Guilmain s'engage à toute discrétion et à ne pas communiquer vos coordonnées bancaires à un tiers non concerné.
Responsabilités :
William Guilmain ne serait être tenu responsable de l'inexécution du contrat de vente en cas de rupture de stocks, d'indisponibilité du produit, de force majeure , ou de perturbations indépendantes de sa volonté. Les parties conviennent que les présentes conditions de vente sont soumises au droit Français.
Retour des produits :
Si un tirage photographique ne vous convient pas, vous disposez d'un délai de 14 jours après réception pour vous rétracter et de 14 jours après réception pour renvoyer l’œuvre à l'adresse suivante : Guilmain William, 234 rue Sonja Henie, 34090, Montpellier, France.
Vous pouvez demander son remboursement sous réserve que l’œuvre soit remise en parfait état avec la facture correspondante. Le remboursement sera réalisé sous un délai de 14 jours après réception de l’œuvre en parfaite condition.
Les livres d'art ne peuvent être sujet à une demande de remboursement.
Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.
